Wow! Food Diary Opened my Eyes!!

I need a better way to keep a food diary, but until I can find something better than a 3-ring binder, I'll just continue to use it. Anyways, the purpose of this post is to remind myself that if I don't write a PLAN, then I PLAN to FAIL!!. I wrote down what I ate at breakfast and lunch today...could have made healthier options..but for dinner I will be eating 'a natural'..fresh fruit and veggies ONLY!!
